Account Registration and Security

Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposit Methods

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method. Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used to make a deposit, subject to verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes during business hours but may take up to 24 hours in exceptional circumstances. dgc33 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification.
Currency and Conversion
All transactions on dgc33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dgc33 does not support multi-currency accounts. If a payment is initiated in a foreign currency, your payment provider will apply conversion at their prevailing exchange rate. dgc33 accepts no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations or associated conversion fees charged by third-party payment providers.
Bonuses and Promotions
dgc33 offers a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 to new members on their first deposit, subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements attached to each promotional offer. Additional promotions are made available periodically, including seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL and the IPL. All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms.
Bonus funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and must be used in accordance with the relevant bonus terms before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. dgc33 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or reclaim bonus funds if there is reasonable evidence of abuse, including coordinated wagering patterns designed to exploit promotional terms.
All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The specific rollover multiple applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms at the time of the offer. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dgc33 Platform. Violations may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dgc33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory, even if dgc33 has been informed of the possibility of such damages.
dgc33 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party payment provider issues or circumstances beyond dgc33's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features. dgc33 will use reasonable efforts to restore service as promptly as possible in such circumstances but accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of unavailability.
Amendments and Governing Law
dgc33 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, dgc33 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered account holders via email or an on-Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our customer support process will be subject to binding arbitration.
